How fast will I see results?

Plus, it really only takes 20 minutes a day.

How exactly does Mimi Method work?
After you subscribe, you’ll get access to the hundreds of meditations, workouts, recipes and curated programs that we offer. Choose which meditations and workouts you’d like to do according to your needs. If you require more structure and direction, check out our Programs that range from 2 to 30 days.
What if I’m a beginner?
Whether you’re new to guided meditations or Pilates-style workouts, Mimi Method offers an array of content for beginners. Don’t be intimidated, you will get into the flow of things faster than you think! Try out our popular 7 Day Beginner’s Program and join our secret Facebook group to lean on other members and our team for guidance. Mimi Method gives you structure, support, inspiration and community as you begin your personal development & fitness journey.
Can I access Mimi directly?
Yes! After subscribing, you can join our secret Facebook group where Mimi engages with her members on a daily basis. She loves to connect with her audience and help them in every way she can.
Do I need a gym membership for the workouts? Or equipment?
No gym membership required! Most of the workouts are body weight and you can do them from anywhere. All you need is a mat! Some workouts include ankle weights, but this is merely optional.
How do I sign up? Where do I find the apps?
Sign up by clicking on the “Sign Up” button on the menu bar on this page. After signing up through the website, you can then download all of the Mimi Method apps on your devices. Many members watch all content on this website (MimiMethod.com), but you can also stream on the Mimi Method app for iOS and Android, or on your smart TV! You can also download Mimi Method on Roku and Apple TV - so you can stream on the big screen. Plus, if you have an Apple Watch, we have recently launched our app on there too! All apps are free with membership.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime.

Can I share my account with a friend?
No, sorry! Our policy is strictly one user per account. You can only log in to 3 different devices with the same log in credentials, and we check IP addresses to make sure only one user uses the account. Failure to comply to the rules of one user per account will unfortunately get you banned from using our services.
